Suroviny kromě rajčat a oliv smíchejte a uhněťte těsto. Nakonec přimíchejte i nasekaná rajčata a olivy. Lze samozřejmě péci i jako chléb, bude to trvat asi o 20 minut déle. Chutnaly mi i samotné, ale avokádu nikdy neodolám. Naplňte podle své chuti a do nich.

Hi there!
I think there are a lot of sweet recipes, so I decided to publish those sun dried tomato rolls today. They were very good indeed and if you go in Italy for vacation, just bring some olives and dried tomatoes. The rolls will be even better with such a great ingredients. I used whole wheat bread flour, but any bread flour will do the magic as well.

For 8 pieces you'll need:
1 cup and 2 tablespoons water, 1,5 tablespoons olive oil, 2 and quarter cups bread flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, 3 teaspoons rosemary,  0,5 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves of fresh garlic, 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Mix all the ingredients except tomatoes and olives and knead them. Add the chopped olives and tomatoes at the end. Shape the dough in 8 rolls, poke the skicking up tomatoes in (not to be burnt), spray them with olive oil and let them prove until doubled. Bake them for 15 - 20 minutes at 190°C (375°F). You can bake the dough as a bread of course as well, but it will take about 20 minutes more. Then just fill them with whatever you like or eat them solely.
